Christ Sanctuary South Africa is a ministry with God- ordained beginnings. It was begun when Pastor Tucker went to South Africa to further his University education. God however had a different purpose in mind for him. During this time he met Mrs. Lydia Thakane, a teacher who was ill with kidney disease. He prayed for her and the Lord healed her! She told the news of her miraculous healing to other teachers at the school where she was teaching and the story of her healing continued to spread.

Many with problems called to receive prayer and ended up giving their lives to Jesus Christ. Mrs. Thakane Lydia then opened up her house for regular prayer meetings, services and counseling. This was the beginning of CSI South Africa. Currently, the church has grown from a house meetings and has it's premises in Seesoville on 3 acres of land. The church has also outgrown the temporary shelter here and is moving on to a larger structure soon.
