Pastors Tucker and Irene Nsubuga.Walugega physically get involved in the day today running of the the church activities & businesses and are apart of the staff. They are accountable to the business manager who they work under as their immediate boss.  Their physical participation and involvement in every step of project initiation and growth has not only motivated other staff members but also instilled a work ethic that’s badly lacking in African societies.
