Skills and experience
Must have at least 3 years proven experience in photography
Must be able to use both digital and manual cameras
Must be able to teach photography to students
Must be able to lead and develop a photography team
Professional marketing skills are an added advantage
Must be able to edit photographs
Ability to manage and function in a photography still picture studio and to set up a mobile studio.
Knowledge of maintenance and servicing of cameras is a MUST

Skills and experience
Certificate/diploma in multimedia ( movies inclusive)
At least 3 years experience in multimedia
Must be able to use different kinds of cameras ranging from digital to manual

Knowledge and skill in editing videos is a MUST
Marketing skills are a MUST
Ability to teach, coach and develop a video shooting team
Ability to capture videos

Skills and Experience
Must possess a diploma or certificate in tailoring
At least 3 years of experience
Able to design and tailor suits, bitengi, busuuti, bridal gowns, uniforms etc

Demonstrated creative ability to develop designer trends

Must possess a diploma in audio related courses

Able to run, maintain, service diverse sound equipment

Ability to teach and develop a team of sound technicians within a professionally structured set up.
Experience working with an audio studio is an added advantage

8. AUTO MECHANIC
Skills and Experience
Must have at least a diploma in auto mechanics from a recognised institution
Must have at least 3 years experience in working for a recognised company
Must be able to work on both diesel and petrol engines and auto and manual transmissions
Must be able to teach and run an auto mechanic workshop/class and develop a team of other mechanics
Ability to teach and demonstrate modern agricultural farming methods
should be able to take care of the entire company's fleet

9. ACCOUNTANT
Skills and Experience
1.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control
principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. Knowledge
of federal and state financial regulations.
2. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
3.
This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, three to five years of accounting
experience and successful completion of CPA exams.
